Yupz~maybe fix some players' ratings in the upcoming versions.
For example like Kobe's passing is only 40, but quickness is 99, and Yao doesnt have any offensive FSS, etc.

Yeah I agree, Wade has 40 in passing and pther ratings are off too! I also noticed Horton from the Miami Heat is missing his portrait.

Anways, you guys did a great job with all the other stuff. Thanks a lot! (Y)

When we release the supplement, it won't be as big as this. It will be something that you will need to add on to this, that way you don't have to download a big file all over again. Plus I won't have to upload it. :D We are planning on adding the real shoes patch, and pre-applying the bat file to the roster.

Cloudabove, all graphics from the team selection screen are in the screens~playnow~slctteam.big file, including the question mark.

RapsPlayoffs, I don't know. The thing is, the game has alphas on the cyberfaces, arms and legs by default, but they don't have the details I added that make them look sweaty with lighting on. So, if your players don't have holes in them with the default Live installation, they shouldn't when you install the cyberfaces or 2x armbands/tattoos pack. I thought forcing lighting to on was what caused the holes in players. If you install it and get holes in your players, let me know about it.

thanks for the response.
so far, it seems like it hasnt been that big of a deal, although there have been some holes but not completely see-through holes, just weird lookin skin..
so i guess it worked out pretty well.
good job. (Y)
but im pretty sure i had another question that i am forgetting.. il come back to u later with that question once i remember it

the TPU in the SUM download, is it the one released by Joker or is it a newer one than Joker made?

Sat Apr 21, 2007 3:53 pm

Whose roster and aiact did you guys use for this patch? And did you guys change the gameplay settings?

Sat Apr 21, 2007 4:04 pm

guys when i play allstar game it crashes.
why is that?

Sat Apr 21, 2007 4:09 pm

The TPU is Jokers.

The roster was made by bigh0rt who has been very busy along with multitasking on this mod since the plans of this mod began, so he never got to finish them.

The aiact was made by me. What do you think? I will most likely update it in a future SUM update, possibly with animation changes.

I fixed the tattoos, you should not experience crashes from them anymore.

Please click HERE to download them and then extract them all to your NBA Live 07\sgsm directory overwriting all files.

EDIT - I think this will fix the All Star Game crashes, too. I just tried it on my fresh install and the all star game worked fine.

Pdub, I really like the defense from the aiact the players look more active defensively and intercept some of my passes. (Y)

On the offensive side the CPU also does a good job but sometimes I don't like how the PG comes down the court and sets up plays so much times. I don't know if its just me but when the PG stands there bouncing the ball waiting for a play it gets a little boring especially if this happens too often. Of course I like the plays and understand that setting up plays is part of real life NBA but if they happen too often the gameplay is not as exciting.

Overall, great job on the aiact! And I'll be looking forward to the new animations on the next version. :D

ok a crashing part in the online mode. i had the street mod but this mod overwrote it and i STILL CANT PLAY ONLINE even with new files. is this patch compatible with ea sports online??

Sat Apr 21, 2007 5:12 pm

fmart241, I honestly didn't know that the cpu sets up plays so much. I try to get them into a good mix of natural offense(inside/out post and penetration) and setup plays.

ballaman04, this mod was never intended for online play, so I can't guarantee that anything would work. The only thing I can suggest is to use the default AIACT from your NBA Live 07 DVD, because my aiact will definitely cause a desychronization unless the person you are playing is also using the aiact. It should be in one of the "compressed" zip files in the "ai\act\" directory of the DVD. I'm not sure if it will work even with that. I don't think graphics should be a problem when playing online since no graphics are being exchanged between players. In theory, if you were playing someone who also installed the mod, you should be able to play online.

My last suggestion would be to have two nba live installations(even 3 if you want to have a seperate Street installation). Basically what you do is copy your entire installation to another folder and make a shortcut to the exe titled something like "Offline NBA Live 07" Then you uninstall the other version, (backup your "My Documents\NBA Live 07\" folder because when you uninstall Live 07, it will delete your settings which you probably want to keep) reinstall a fresh copy of NBA Live and make a shortcut for it's exe called "Online NBA Live 07"(then restore your backed up "My Documents\NBA Live 07" folder to retain your settings and saves). You could then play online with the fresh and basic installation and offline with the Supreme Update Mod.

One more suggestion,
is it possible to move the ESPN score board to the top of the screen like the default position so that it will look neater, coz currently the upper screen looks too tight and the bottom is a lil tight. 8-)

Another things is that if I delete the ESPN scoreboard file, the default one cannot be shown properly~the numbers & background r both white~

Seriously EA...EMPLOY BIGHORT AND PDUB!!!!!!!

These two guys managed to put together a far better final product than your highly trained army of chimps. TAKE NOTICE!!!

Great job fellas, cant praise you enough for this (Y)

Sat Apr 21, 2007 7:10 pm

finally works! (Y)

i noticed there's no shoes patch in this yet so i tried installing it to the supreme roster but i can't seem to see any effect, it just messess up the shoes for everyone :(

i also noticed that the roster maker seems to be a bit greedy in giving fss icons to players :o :D (i don't mean that in a bad way)
