The Rajon Rondo is nice but could use some fixs: eyes should be smaller, ears should stick out (like what you did with Farmer), lips should be a bit thinner and the headshape should be thinner too (kind of a triangle shape).

Is there a possibility you will remove the moustache and add hair to the upper sides of his forehead?? (looks too baldish at the sides...)
If you're really in the mood, try to remove facial hair in his chin.. :wink:
