why on earth do you call ea sports cyberfaces crappy? because 98% of times nobody is able to make better and you envy them their skill? dude, please avoid those insulting comments directed to the game producing company. they won't bring you next gen game anyway, so give a break. try to say "this face is good, this needs to be improved". but cursing ea's faces doesn't make any better.

Since you're twelvie, and you have enough time and wish to do this thing - please, do. you still have time to improve. my very first patches had similar quality, but throughout the years i progressed and become quite a good patcher. you are very young and might develop your skills later. either way, it's fun.

hey kid, you were already given some pointers.. please follow it for your own good. specifically making an ingame preview. you won't progress unless you follow glen's tips..

The Super 2, make sure you go into practice mode before you take a preview(or even easier, take a preview in practice mode) because the Rasheed Wallace and Dwight Howard cyberfaces that you took show the "edit player headshape bug" where a generic headshape is used for the player instead of the correct headshape.
