Yeah, just start over with the back up of locale.eng and start fresh....
Oh yeah, to make searching easier...Let's say you are looking for "Army of the Pharoahs", which is one of the songs you will be editing....It would be alot easier just to search for "Army"...Because most likely, that would be the only "Army" in the whole document...You can do that with anything your searching for that has more that one word.......Make sure you check the "Search from beginning of file" and "Ignore case in strings" boxes...
Unfortunatley, when searching...The Artist, Track Name, and Album names are scattered through out the document....So you have to do every single on individually...All together, it took me about a good 2 - 3 hours...Once you get the hang of it, you start going faster....
Also, if your editing something with, lets say "8" characters, and replace it with 5 characters....MAKE SURE, you click Edit, then Edit Hex...and keep pressing 0(zero) so that the rest of the characters are replaced with "."(periods).
Again if you used up all 8 characters, there is no need to Hex edit to get the periods...
Oh yeah, I keep remembering stuff that I think would help....
(This situation definitely WILL happen while editing, so I'm just using the word "Rebounds" as an example)
I've noticed, that if your editing characters that are at the very end of the box or the last line where it looks something like this...
Look at the picture # 0 and # 1..
Lets say I was editing the word "rebound" which starts from the very last "R" on the bottom right of the picture 0(circled in red). And I wanted to replace it with the word "Balloon"....
When editing this is what you will be looking at...

Picture 0
I am just showing you this picture to show you that the word "Rebounds" continues...

Picture 1
Now look at picture # 2..
Once I press "B" it always takes you up to the top left corner of the document...Take a look, it's the "E" that has the red box around it....So now you've only edited the first letter of "Rebounds", but It takes you to the top left of the document...The way I used to get to the next line where "Rebounds" continues is (or whatever it may be that your editing, I'm just using "Rebounds" as an example).....
a) Click "Edit"
b) Click "Stop"
c) Click the scroll bar down ONCE, make sure you click it down
d) Click YES when it asks you to save....
Continued after picture 2.....

Picture 2
Look at picture 3..
Now it should've brought you down to where the rest of the word "ebounds" is...It's circled in red...Now we are going to edit the rest...
Click Edit, then Edit String...
I wanted to replace it with the word "balloon", so i would type in "alloon"..Obviously cause I already typed the "B" before...
Continued after picture 3.....

Picture 3
Look at picture 4..
Now it's edited but, there is still the "s" left from the word "Rebounds"....
Now click EDIT, EDIT HEX...and press the number "0" to replace the last "s" with a ".'(period)---see picture 5...Once your done..you can move on to your next search, and it will ask you to save changes...Click Yes, of course....And that's it for that....
