Flash 3, extract the hair.ebo of someone with a similar hair style to Duncans (Horry?) and just change the name of it from:
eg. rohorry_hairB.ebo
To:
tidunca_hairB.ebo
I'm not sure if its the same in 07, but in 2005 the only .ebo files you needed were the "B" ones. Putting the hair "shape" of Robert Horry in the sgsm to work for TD should give him an afro, but you may need to try a few different players until you get the perfect fit.

Go to Individual Practice, then back to Edit Player and see if the headshape fixes.
