NBA Live 07 Wishlist

They need to make a superstar mode like Madden. Make it where they can import there player from NCAA March Madeness 07 or make a player from scratch like Madden. Make it more detailed then Madden tho, and make sure u change the voice mails every year. I was sick of Terrel Davis sayin the same stuff over and over again. Make it where u can drive to practice or sumthin. Shoot in practice. Something like a mixture of Madden and NBA 06, but get more creative and add some more detail in it.

2. Realistic generated rookies, as everyone has said...no more 23 year-olds, less centers and 7-foot players in general
3. You can view players' college stats in addition to the scouting reports
4. Underclassmen have to enter the draft...you don't know for sure who will enter until towards the end of the season

More and better Animations, Cut-Scenes and Detail for Crowd, Coaches, Bench, Players and Refs. When players score or get scored on or good defensive plays the Both Coaches, Players, Crowd, Both Benches will react in good way or bad way. More gear with better Detail. More and better courts For 1 on 1 and practice. Make a 3 on 3 mode. Make an NBA Super-Star Mode like in Madden 06. A practice mode Like Madden where you can make your team better or a certain player. Better shooting styles. More and better crossovers.

1. Bring back 25 year dynasty to 360. fully reloaded and smooth.
2. Bring back slam dunk, 3 pt and rookie game.
3. make multiplayer online dynasty possible.
4. continue to focus on realism by putting fatigue ON at a pace where you need to use at least 8-9 different players for online games.
5. smart trade AI. no more easy 3 for 1 trades.
6. make minimum contract guys lower in skill like live 04, but add in the MLE.
7. More facial expressions and more lighting in the arena. Just a slightly brighter, more cheerful look for the 360 game. I find it a bit gloomy and robotic at times.
So essentially, just bring back all the things from live 06 old systems to the new systems, but leave out arcadishness and kiddy superstar moves like 3pt hookshots.

2. defintely make the basketball net look better

make it posible to make someone a freestyle mix like lebron could have a playmaker highflyer power and scorer and also add a extra freestyle buton so you can pull off more freestylemoves also add more freestyle moves

Here are some top ones:
1) Make the Playoffs have a playoff atmosphere.
I want to see the crowd on their feet, cheering and chanting when it's a close game. The players should be HAPPY they just won, not look like they just lost.
2) Better Transaction Options:
3 and 4 way trades, veterans minimum, trade exceptions ($), ability to see players who are contemplating retirement and those contemplating to sign with another team, restricted and unrestricted free agents, and a trading block.
3) An NBA rumour mill:
Make it have its own menu, where you can see rumours, trades that have occured, injury reports, league leaders, the standings, MVP candidates, ROY canditates, Defensive Player of the Year Candidates, Most Improved Candidates, Coach of the Year Candidates, and All-Star Candiadates. I know trades that have occured, injury reports, league leaders, the standings, and MVP candidates are already in the game, but they should put it all in a nice layout where it looks like a newspaper and then you can go over and click on Season Awards Candidates and it shows you all the sub categories etc.
3) I want Hype before the Playoffs
With a NBA Newswire Paper or NBA Rumour Mill, the game could hype up upcoming playoff games or rivalry games. Dynasty mode needs to capture the playoff atmosphere.

I didn't read the whole thread so if you said it already, sorry.
I would like to see a ragdoll system implemented for collisions, that way collisions won't look exactly the same every time.
If they are going to add a new feature to the gameplay, make sure they balance it out, so it can't be exploited like certain Freestyle Superstar shots.
An option for next generation graphics on the PC version.
Sweaty players based on fatigue so nobody is sweating at the tip off.
Moving Jersey's utilizing physics.
More variety on freethrow rituals and makes and misses.
Fix that net.
Custom Freestyle Superstar option for combining moves from different FSS sets.
More support for the mod community, release some official editors for models, textures and maybe rosters.
Allow you to play mp3's from your harddrive in the menu and as ditties during gameplay.
Bring back regular steals instead of only being able to steal from a dribbler with a morphing animation.
Add more emotions to all players, especially the bench and the coach.
Marv's speech should be more excited during close games later in the game, or when a player is having a phenominal game.
Allow you to argue a call like MVP baseball 2005 to allow your coach to get technical fouls/hype up team momentum.
Momentum meter.
Bring back the old plays, but keep the new ones, and add some more, too.
Add bump-mapping to jerseys, faces,shoes, and accessories

yea i like that idea.. ragdoll
like i see players get hit in the face with full speed thrown passes, i want them to be knocked back a little.. .something like in pes5.
more sweet, jersey moving... like pdub said mp3 music ingame. better cutscene, like bring back 04 stuff, they had good shit like bench celebrating after a big shot.
have players sit in the middle of the chair rather than on 2 different chairs.
facial emotions, ability to get rid of stuff like postdunk celebratioins, or at least have the computer still go at same speed and able to cancel out of celebration, cause i dont like the waiting for celebration to be over and all that stuff.
edit headshapes omfg! MVP baseball styled intervention, where you have a statbox and it changes based on whatnot and stuff
lastly... goddman ea fuckin listen to what we have to say, we are smarter than you are or we wouldnt have to be patching all this shit ingame like fixing logos and jersey and courts and what not

-The computer shouldnt be able to catch up on fast breaks and be able to foul! usually theyll let the player lay the ball up.
-YOU SHOULD MAKE A NBA LIVE COLLECTION (Like EAsports rescently did for Madden)
-gameplay should be more realisctic like 2K6 and field goal percentages shouldn't almost always be above 50% for both teams
-there should be alot mot variety of shoe (all the Jordans, Nikes, Adidas, AND1s, and any other basketball shoe including player shoes)
-there should be more music and have the ability to unlock players
-when u set the superstar ability it should stay until you change it again

-there should be an mode where you could unlock places to play full court on the streets of the world (games like "21", 1on1, 2on2, 3on3, 4on4, 5on5, and "HORSE")

For the love of god make create a player more realistic, use templates from other players so that you can have normal shaped heads and faces. I absolutely hate the hair styles they give you, so more hairstyles. I agree that the arenas are to dark and i think we should see people in the crowd holding up signs.
The sliding/skating problem really needs to be fixed also. My favourite part of sports games is the create a player option so i would REALLY like to see it improved.

More realistic player layup/dunk/alley-oop animations. 95% of the players on the league do regular one and two handed stuffs, with varying degrees of authority. There's maybe a dozen players who can do the fantastical dunks that NBA Live gives 20% of the Live players. If nothing else, that's what I'd want for 07.
