The nose could do more tweaking. Make his forehead wider. And maybe tweak the jaws too.

add the ears to the tweaking too, I guess.

That's really veryvery close dude~
make the upper part of the nose a bit narrower~make eye even closer~middle part of the head should be wider~hmm,eyeballs should be smaller also(Or maybe just move the two canthuses next to nose a bit closer)
Eyes part is more or less very close~just focus more on the headshape(which looks more like Chandler's headshape now)

Oh, one more thing. The reason why u need to adjust eye distance or maybe canthus distance is like this. I the default headshape, the distance between his eyes is around the length of an eye, but urs is a bit longer than that Hope it helps.

Yeah, work littlebit on the ears more, and eyes should be littlebit more closer to eachother.
I know that you have been working youre ass of with this but its worth it man, you are a great patcher, no doubt.
Keep working on and be there for 08 for sure.
