So let me get this straight, if I have read everything in this thread correctly... The only new stat added to the current gen. version of the game has been the clutch factor =[?

Okay, sorry to insist but I hadn't been following the whole story...
Out of all the great stats that have been added, there's pretty much nothing new for PC users???
Guess I didn't think most people here were playin on xbox or whatever, cant believe PC users are gonna be screwed again, even though PCs offer a zillion more possiblities...![]()

What can i say?? The only reason i really found to buy this years NBA LIVE was to find four spaniards in the game... and there will be only the same two that the last year...
Kirilenko better than Gasol??? Lue better than Calderon?? This is bullshit!!
I won't buy it this year... this game get worse and worse every year.

kobe got 99 teamwork?lmao!eisfeld wrote:Well thanks to Dewaco we have a Top 29 of the players overall ratings:
http://www.nbaliveforums.com/ftopic41498.php1. Lebron 97
2. Kobe 96
3. Wade 94
4. Garnett 93
5. McGrady 93
6. Iverson 93
7. Nash 91
8. Arenas 91
9. Dirk 90
10. Brand 90
11. Duncan 89
12 Shaq 89
13. Vince 89
14. Pierce 89
15. Marion 89
16. Amare 89
17. Kirilenko 89
18. Carmelo 87
19. Bosh 87
20. Artest 87
21. Jermaine 86
22. Manu 86
23. Pau 86
24. Allen 86
25. Kidd 85
26. Redd 85
27. Paul 85
28. Josh Howard 85
29. Richardson
As in Live 06 I don't think the overall ratings should be the main factor as they do not matter that much.
I pretty much agree with the overall ratings despite a few (e.g. Ray Allen, Josh Howard, Manu Ginobili...)
The new ratings are surely good for the further development of the game, but some of the ratings are way off for individual players.
LeBron James' Clutch Rating and Mid-Range Jumpers are too high compared to other players who really shine in these categories. But that's just my point of view. The only thing I'm really angry about is the teamwork rating (if it does mean what I think).
Pretty much overrated in this category are:
Allen Iverson - 99
Steve Francis - 98
Stephon Marbury - 99
Larry Hughes - 99
Earl Watson - 99
Kobe Bryant - 99
Jason Terry - 99
Mike James !!! - 99
Compared to guy's like Nash, Ridnour, Billups etc. these ratings are way off. It seems like every Star-Player got a teamwork rating from 90 - 99 and almost every PG has this high rating too.
That's pretty much the only thing I really disagree with and I'm already looking forward to Andrew's first roster patch.
just my 2 cents...

shobe81 wrote:Ok since IGN said we should argue Lebron being 1 overall better than Kobe, here it goes:
Defense:
Kobe: 81
Lebron: 93 WTF?>>>>>>>>>>>>.I agree Kobe is a better defender than Lebron.
Teamwork:
Kobe: 99 WTF? LOL>>>>>>>.should be 85 or something, but the playoffs showed that kobe is just like Lebron in that category.
Lebron: 99
Ballcarrier Speed:
Kobe: 87
Lebron: 89 BULLSHIT, he can hardly dribble>>>>>>lebron is faster witht he ball than kobe. Way faster....
Inside Shooting Likelihood:
Kobe: 83
Lebron:88 BULLSHIT, Kobe is way more inside scorer>>>>nope this is correct. Lebron makes a lot of shots and lay ups inside. More than kobe.Inside Shooting Ability:
Kobe: 80
Lebron:87 AGAIN, BULLSHIT, Kobe has better inside ability
Clutch:
Kobe: 91
Lebron: 90 LOL, it should be 50, he hasn't done shit in clutch shots, and against the wizs in playoffs was a travel people>>>>>>kobe should be 95 and leberon 85 to 90. He has clutch and if you watch enough games you'll see it.
Drawing Offensive Foul:
Kobe: 68
Lebron: 82 WHAT, when did he draw a offensive foul last season?>>>>both should be on 50 cause they rarely take charges etc.Oh yea D-wade: Drawing Defensive fouls: 86 is Bullshit, it should be like 101 because he gets just about every call even when not fouled, lol.
And also Kobe Bryant: Penetration Effectiveness: Which one? The White Chick or the Basketball inside drive?Ok I took that too far
