i appreciate all your efforts jimbo and all those who are helping in solving these BUGS that EA gave us......

i was browsing through the live 07 main folder, and saw this folder named SIMENG, is that in short for SIMULATION ENGINE? there is a text document there which i think contains interesting programs and i think has something to do with the SUBSTITUTION BUG..... can somebody check it out....... i hope that has something to do with it.......

edit:
and also can somebody check the screens for the dynasty, maybe the options for the number of games is also there......just like what jimbo did for the slider screens.......

sorry if i know how to do this i would do it myself........

I think its the engine for Sim Games in Dynasty mode... But these lines are very interesting

Maybe its only affect sim games :( But I don't know I'm going to test it

Unfortunately it doesn't seem that those would equate to substitutions based on fatigue effects. More by game situations, fouls, etc. However, it's a good start and who knows where you can go from there.

has anyone taken a look at the file /tuning/suborder.bin ? i don't know anything about hex-editing, maybe some of you guys figure something out, or at least if it has anything to do with it. was this file in last years game? maybe someone can try replacing it with the 06 version....

I just put the dynasty setup screen from Live 06 in the Live 07's sgsm folder. I did get the season length option (29, 58 or 82 games) but guess what ? It crashed ... :(

We can apparently display the missing options (missing sliders or season length) thanks to Live 06's screens, but it seems that these options are not only graphically missing, they are not coded.

When you tried shorter seasons did u make sure it said "random" as the schedule?

Yes, I did. Actually, you have to, otherwise the option is disabled.

i've found a file in the "screen.viv" called "screens~ingame~substitu.big" but I don't know if it can help you or not

the screens.viv is for show only. it will only appear to change problems, not actually change anything

EA found out he could fix some of the bugs in the game and they kidnapped him before it was too late. :lol:

simeng.txt doesn't do anything to the gameplay, I tested it last year. It refers to the simulated games in Dynasty.

please help

i tried the fix

i need a fix mainly for online help with our league, some guys NEVER getting tired others never gaining stamina back.


when i host an online game i dont see the big sliders screen, am i supposed to?

i put the fatigue at 60 and parker's fatigue still has not budged.

does it just not work at all?

how do i even know if i did it right?

this is very similar to the save stats patch, is anyone getting close to that?

fatigue does WORK properly for me
whether or not if CPU subs is another story,unless they have foul/injury problems.

Nope mate, cpu subbed my players only when they are in foul trouble but even if they dont have any green in fatigue they are still playin wich is pretty poor.

how do i know if i get it working?

i only tried 8 min quarter and used parker the whole time on turbo, and after 4 minutes he hadnt lost any fatigue.
