Just a few.
1) Off-ball FSS....Kobe, Lebron, T-Mac....they all have the ability to turn on a dime at speed...they have the bball IQ to know where to take their man and how to lose him.
This needs to be implemented because basketball is played just as much off the ball as when its in someones hands.
Imagine: You switch off-ball to play as T-Mac, hold down the fss trigger and press a face button...this in turn triggers T-Mac to perform a blistering curl cut off of Yao to pop outside...his man TOTALLY oblivious to whats happened and T-Mac gets an open jumper.
It works for big men too:
You have switched to shaq off-ball...start slowly walking your man towards the low post, hold down fss trigger and press a face button...POW! Shaq stuns his man with a quick drop step and gains perfect inside pressence down low...you easily call for the pass and Shaq finishes with a power fss dunk inside.
***must say that i agree with an earlier post about fss moves should use more energy to counter the abuse, as such performing the move i just said could take as much as an 1/8th(?) of energy off shaq***
2) Better stat display:
Lets say Im 40 games into my dynasty with the Lakers (dont know why, but its an example). Kobe drops another ouside jumper late in the game to bring up his 1200th point of the season...i WANT to see an overlay saying that the milestone has occured.
I'd also like to see things like when a player gets to the ft line, a display of his season averages in points, rebounds, assists etc.
Even during play, like every 10th score or rebound or assist that is made during a game (not individual - but actually sequentially) have an overlay that states what someones averages are...
Mike James dishes out the 10th assist of the sequence...an overlay pops up...
Mike James - Season: 10.4pts - 3.7reb - 6.1 ast.
Because the stats would be ever changing it wouldnt become dull or repetitive.
Could show splits against certain teams/divisions/conferences.
My two cents.
