Maybe you could also try to make Jasikevicius hair more detailed? And yes, you should fix his eyes and skin tone.

I added more sharpening to his hair and made his face lighter.

I think you should higher the opacity of the eyes and tilt them a little bit to the middle.
All and all, his headshape ebo needs lots of changes
