U definitely nailed James & Davis~ 
As for Davis~I like ur headshape better than EA's~
but it'd be better if u can make that cheek part more smooth~

... When you create a player with a ‘THICK’ build and place him on either the Bobcats or Thunder, the game will crash when entering the game.
That being said, we only have 5 existing players in the league who are ‘THICK’ builds:
Glen Davis
Shaquille O’Neal
Eddy Curry
Jerome James
Michael Sweetney
Workaround: Don’t put a ‘THICK’ build created player OR one of the above players on the Bobcats or Thunder and the game won’t crash.
... When you create a player with a ‘THICK’ build and place him on either the Bobcats or Thunder, the game will crash when entering the game.

I see a tiny resemblance with Vade Divac in your custom headshape for Baron 
A thicker beard would be good, indeed. And perhaps make the lips a bit wider.
Mike James is very nice Try still to give him a different expression as he now looks like he's being raped... But really, a bit more angry look

The Mike James is absolutely perfect. The Baron just needs a thicker beard, and the jawline needs to be more round and less jagged. Overall great job, and keep it up.
