As promised here there is the patch. I wantto thx the two italian leagues, NBAIL and EuroSlam Italia for the beta testing phase. Follow all the configuration steps and if u will be in troubble ask help in this forum or in the forum of our leagues. There u find many user that know how to use it. Tnx also to Ivan for making my idea possible enriching it every day with new features.

This tool is the best for online leagues!

-You use offball in game after call a playbook?
-You call a playbook when connection lost? (maybe different settings with your opponent)

ok,but in the patch you setting in the right way the playbook? becouse if the playbook are setting different/wrong, when one of you call a playbbok the game lost connection

and if you use offball in game after call a playbook before the label of evry player go off, the connection will lost, but this is a bug of EA not of my patch

@ ironer: you mistake some when setting your playbook; you read the help inside ?

Remember that you are hosting you must settings the Home section and your opponent the away section; anyway you and your opponet must pass each other the playbook, to had the same configuration (the playbook.ini must be the same)

it disconnects in 1st period ALOT. also thje program seems to close on its own when it disconnects. maybe it closing makes it give connection loss.

I have a few technical questions regarding this Hack.
Obviously, your are writing data from outside the NBALive process into its memory space. How did you find out the correct addresses?
Did you implement a hook on the sliders HSCROLL message to find the appropriate handler method or did you take a close look at the memory and try to find out what changes when you modify the slider?

And what version of the game are you using? Could it be, that this hack only works with the US oder German/Eurpean Version?

-I find it searching in memory with API of windows a sequence of value; there are many other value that can be setting, but in online mode isn't
necessary setting all, at moment i change playbook and slide

Nothing of this if i understand your question , i search the value of settings.dat in memory by the API, becouse the ratings of slide are saved into that file (thera are information of detail too and other) (are all esadecimal value) and for playbook i use a software that can be search in memory of a process

Yes it can be,becouse for doing the test with other version of game(american ,EU,patched EA...) i must use the nodvd exe for doing test with the different game becouse i can't buy all version of nba ; i thinked in this way becouse only the address of memory changed, but not how the game working in online mode, but now i'm not sure at 100%; anyway, i talk with "Mark Nordstrom" today and i send him a new version for test that can bypass this problem.


Anyway if the initialize of my patch ending with a successfully message the patch find the address in memory; so if it lose connection in game the asnwer can be 3:
-Different Settings of playbook or slide
-Apply the patch wrong (the patch must be applyed in the main menu of game)
-The different version of nba working in differnt way (now is in testing a new version of patch for resolve this issue)

Shooting Foul Frequency=82
Reach-in Foul Frequency=70
In-air Collision Foul Frequency=84

how many personal fouls make in game? 30? 40? When ya dunking, defender always gets pf?

(still asking about online playng)

If you don't want to get a personal foul, don't hit the guy when he's in the air dunking. Or, get in front of him and get your feet set and draw the charge.

no man; this settings are for call some foul when yoy try to steal many times in a game and when you run in a fast break,whit the normal value the defense can "cut your hands" without fouls , so in this way you have the chance to take a foul when there is a phisical contact. Anyway there is the block slide that help you with dunker...Anyway whit this we can play with simulation of basket and not WWE. But if you don't like that you can try yourself slider; I'm suggest you to play some game with this settings, and if you like play with plaubook and 1 vs 1 thitnk you find this settings a "good" settings.

PS: number of Foul in a game 8 min x quarter 15-25 for team...as a real game of nba, but if you try to steal ball in evry action the number can be higher...but in a real game of nba the defense don't try to steal a ball in every action

why it disconetcs in 1 period and programs quit

in my test never disconnect and ohetrh my friend that use playing witout problem; anyway i suggest all you to don't play between a novd-version and a original version ; Try to Play with original vs orginal or nodvd version vs nodvd version (if you don't want put every time the dvd in combo).

Anyway, in the latest test sometimes we found that the initialize of patch must be do again when some software is installed or removed on PC; this cause the changing of address that my program found on initialize, so if the patch lose connection this can be a' solution. For initialize again is necessary to delete nbapatch07.ini in the same folder of patch.
