Talk about NBA Live 07 here.

If nba live had a clutch factor, who would have the highest rating??
I think it would b out of kobe or wade.....but i would lean towards kobe
i dont think it would b LeBron..but i put him on the poll, because he is a superstar.........
But you have to consider chauncey, because he has hit big shots.....
Sun Jul 23, 2006 11:27 am
Kobe
Sun Jul 23, 2006 11:38 am
I think Kobe, Wade, Arenas, and guys like Redd and Allen would all be relatively equal.
Sun Jul 23, 2006 11:43 am
Bibby would be one too.
Sun Jul 23, 2006 11:45 am
oh yea.....i forgot about arenas, he is a clutch shooter (except for game 6 against cleveland

)....i wish i could add him..........
i dont think redd or allen would have high clutch factors, because they did not hit big shots this past year..........

what kind of question is this? Robert Horry is more clutch than all of these guys, seriously...
Sun Jul 23, 2006 12:03 pm
when is the last time robert horry hit a clutch shot????
Sun Jul 23, 2006 12:21 pm
It would have to be Kobe or anthony.

I hate to break it to you, but LeBron shouldn't even be on that list. He's nowhere near as clutch as Kobe, who wins this one.
EDIT: Hmm, actually... can I pick two people? I can't decide between T-Mac and Kobe.

How can you not have Melo. MJ had 11 game winning shots in his career and melo had 5 this last season alone. He's not great but he is really clutch.

And when was the last time Nowitzki hit a clutch shot when it mattered? Honestly, when you're talking about clutch, Horry should be on there. The guy has saved teams in the playoffs when it mattered, and he's known for it. Bibby is pretty clutch as well. As for the vote, none of the players on the list would get my vote.

Carmelo

KOBE

Lebron had 4 game winning shots this past season, 2 in the playoffs, although you can argue that 1 was a travel before the shot. I also don't think it would be Lebron, but give the guy some respect.
If you've watched some of the cavs' games, there were times when he was unstoppable in the 4th quarter (eg. vs Miami in the season, or vs Spurs). There were also times when he was non-existent (like 4th Q, game7 of Detroit series). But he has shown that he can be clutch. He is just not consistent yet. And he's still learning.
My vote goes to D-wade, because he is more efficient than kobe in the 4th quarter. Lebron is actually more efficient in the last 2 minutes of the game, about 60% if I am not mistaken, but his inconsistency when or when not to take over moves him below wade and kobe.
EDIT:
Melo should be on that list.

Like that clutch airball he threw up in the playoffs this year against the Clippers.

David West would have an insane one.

i dont think bibby is that clutch, because he dont hit big 4th quarter shots, he does most of his scorin in the first 3 quarters....bonzi, hit a bigger shot then bibby......

nowitzki hit a clutch shot over shaq, in game 5 of the finals....even though they lost (josh howard's fault), it was still a great shot.........but you're right horry should be on here
