Be sure to read all my posts on that page so you get all the fixes and what-not. The SUM mod contains an ESPN scoreboard and transition.

no pDup i use internet download manager so i can download fast at rapid share etc

I told you it's at nbavg.org, what did you not understand? I'm not uploading it to rapidshare, nbavg.org is fast enough.
