About adding Lighting to Live when its disabled

Well, if you install Jimmy' Gameplay fix V9.4 on filefront, it adds a roster called supreme rosters and it adds lighting to itself. You can see sweat and everything. Only con is that you can only see the lighting if you're using the supreme rosters roster

why cant i download a file in filefront is says tht they dont have any dowload servers? are there any links for the jimmy's gameplay fix
