I don't see Michael Beasley in there. What is his playerpkg? I know it would
be MIBEASL, but it's not in the folder.

Is there cyberfaces for these players because with playerpk (like ergordo) we have pink face in game (no cyberface for the playerpk)

I KNOW BUT I DON4T SUCCED IN MAKING CYBERFACE SO IN MY GAME
I CREATED PLAYER IN THE GAME AND AFTER CHANGE PKG TO HAVE THE PORTRAIT

Ok portraits are really good. I understand your problem with making face 'cause i have the same problem.

If anyome think he can do these cyberface that will be a good add for franchise mod.

look in nba live 2008 patch section there is a project for draft 2008
there will be cyberface an d portrait
i think cyberface 08 are compatible with nba live 07

yo lloyd does this patch works for NBA Live 06 too? cause i have 07 but it won't work on my computer anymore..........but i still have 06

Portraits are 100% compatible with Live 06.

i copied all.but i can't see these players where are they in game.how should i use themenu to find them

You have to create them in game, those are portraits only.

Create them using create a player. Save rosters and exit to Windows.

Then, for make portraits appear, you have to do some dbf editing. Go to this location:


My Documents -> NBA Live 08 -> saves

Here choose the roster you're using. Folder name should be the same as save name in game.

Open players.dbf file with DB Commander. Find your rookies, they should be at the bottom. Then go right until you find a field "PLAYERPKG". If you find it, insert 2 first letters from player's first name and 5 first letters from player's last name. It should look like this for example:

Michael Beasley - MIBEASL
Brook Lopez - BRLOPEZ

If player's last name is shorter than 5 letters, do this:

Derrick Rose - DEROSE_
OJ Mayo - OJMAYO_

etc.

Search also for the field "ISCREATED" and set it to False.

Save it and quit. You're done, portraits should appear.

With this? Not really. You do it same way in Live 08 and 07.
