How to do this power move? (youtube to explain my question)

I have saw many posts in this forum but still cannot find an answer. The move is kind of like doing a post up first, then hit the defensive play very hard and then the defensive player would lose its balance. Here is a youtube video of this move:

I saw the PC doing it but I have no idea. Please let me know! I use the PC verison of live 07 with a joystick that suppose I can do every move if I know how. Thanks!
