Patch Problems

I've installed the latest patch, the one from 31/3/07, unfortunately, whenver I start a new dynasty, the player ratings revert back to the original. What can i do?

When you start a new Dynasty do you choose to hold the 2006 Draft again? If so, the original rosters will be used rather than the roster file you currently have loaded (in this case, my update).
