I don't know, IMO, if your looking for a young promising PF, you can get D. Howard or Okafor for C. Webb.

It adds a little more depth to your frontcourt but in the short term it's not much of an upgrade. If you plan on playing multiple seasons and Thomas develops nicely then it could certainly prove to be a nice move.
