Are these moves good?

CELTICS

Before the dynasty started i released Sczerbiak, Olowokandi, Ratliff and Scalabrine.

I customized a center with an overall of 76 and signed him.

When the dynasty started i traded Pierce(SG) for Richardson(SF) and O'Bryant(C).
I also traded Ryan Gomes for Rashad McCants.

So my lineup is this:

PG West/Telfair - 74

but i did not release sczebiak, I trade him+jefferson for okur & harpring
