Courts and Jerseys problems

Why does when i download and apply courts and jersey patches, the game becomes so scrappy even though i followed the instruction on how to apply those patches?

The game becomes smooth again after i remove the patches.

Is there anyone here have the same problem? Can somebody help me resolve this?
