Saving Vids from Gameplay?

Hey, I was wondering, is it possible to save video clips of games or instant replays in the game NBA Live 2007? Cos I made some sick shots, and I was wondering if I could save them as video files.

There are several ways of recording in-game footage of 3d games. These are two of the best programs.

I use fraps - www.fraps.com
