I try to install it yesterday in my friend's computer, it's was installed for 100%, but nothing is changed in the game. if someone can help me to fix this problem, I will very thank to him!

There's some more info on this in the stickied thread over in General Issues. I'd recommend a fresh install of NBA Live 07 without any unofficial patches (back them up if you want to reinstall them again later), then try installing the official patch.

simply, we try to install the patch and we agree but nothing is change in the game after I play it after the installation
