Help with DOLFFIN

I have just downloaded DOLFFIN to edit the cyberfaces and everytime I try to open it, it says there is an error? Would anyone know why? Thanks!

I'm not sure if Dolffin is the right program to edit cyberfaces. I suggest EAGraph, and Fshx

Well in EAGraph i get this EA Child thing everytime i try to open up a face, do you know why?

With EAgraph you open up the playerface.viv then find the face you want to update then go to file/ extract then extract it to the desktop. Then open Fshx and open the fsh file you just extracted then click texture/export and then save it to the desktop as a .bmp.

ok, now when i try to paste onto the face, it says unsupported clipboard format, why is this and how do i get it onto the face?
