Go into your MyDocs/NBA Live/saves/roster folder, find the appearance.dbf file and open it using DB Commander (u can google it) or excel.
Find the player #s that you want modify the shoes for (you won't find the player names in appearance.dbf but you'll find them in players.dbf, so you'll need to open this one first and write down the PLAYERIDs that correspond to the players you wanna edit).
In appearance.dbf, you'll find the HOMESHOE and AWAYSHOE columns, that's were you need to change the numbers, but for that, you'll probably need to download and install lookvod's shoe patches (he has a thread in the announcements section). His patches have a preview of all the shoes, with some numbers every 10 shoes or something so that'll give you a reference.
Hopefully, that'll help you.
