is the substitution bug still a problem? i mean is there a patch that had been released to fix this? thanks

EA released a official patch that fixed the sub problem. Check EA's website.

Once the patch is installed, make sure Fatigue is on and CPU Substitution is set to a decent number (at least 50). If the patch installed correctly, those options will be added to the game.
