Logitech Dual Action Controller issue

I cannot use the controller at all. Everything is set up correctly and my drivers are fine, but i cannot use the controllers on the menu and i cannot choose a team. The only thing that works is the mouse. I restarted the computer and it still does not work.
can anybody help me?

you could only use the controller during the game...you still need to use the mouse to navigate the menu.

plug in the usb cord and it should work
