How Do I Convert a Dynasty into a Roster

I already tested DB Commander last year if I need that, but is there a way I can change, I have a dynasty I love and want to be able to use repeatedly.

Just take the players.dbf and appearance.dbf out of your dynasty save folder and copy it into a roster save folder.
