Problem with fictional alternative

Hi all, I'm trying to create a fictional jersey for the grizz, but when adding the files to sgsm/uniforms in game the jerseys appears messed up:



This is the base for the fsh and this is what the game shows




Does anybody know how to fix this?

Maybe the resulution is too high...
Try 256*256

I've tried 256*256 and the problem remains the same, dunno what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated
