What are good strategies to use vs human players?

What are some plays that tend to work often? What defensive plays should be used at what time? (Like which zone to defend against Kobe type players?) What is the best team to use all around? (Good inside-outside game, good defense) I'm considering the Lakers or Houston. Any other suggestions? Also, what superstar moves work the most often?

Situations depend on your matchups, or even your game situation. For instance, if your team is faster than the other team, you will be ok running a full court man to man and may even force some turnovers. however your team will get tired much more quickly.
