Fantasy Draft for Live 07 PC

Is it possible to do a Fantasy Draft for Live 07 for PC? If so, how?

before your dynasty/season set "fantasy draft" to yes...

There is no option. I click Dynasty Mode, then New, then the only choice to do with a draft is having one and having it random or 2006 draft.
