Sliders Explanations

Altough I'm sure the topic is already explained somewhere (yet I'm not able to find where), I would still be glad if someone could specify the meaning of the various adjustable sliders in the game (or at least point me to an explanation).
Criterions as boundry force field or On-Ball Physical Defense etc. are unfortunately not clear to me.
