How do i load next years draft class into there for dynasty mode sorry if i posted it in the wrong spot im new

They can't very well put college or high school players into a video game, as there's no way to license students. Therefore this is not possible unless someone makes a roster patch containing them.

we've been trying to make patches for future drafts in NBA Live for quite some time now, but I don't think anyone's done it successfully for any recent Lives.
