Game crashes when playing regular, but works...

I have an issue where the game always crashes when i'm playing a regular game of 5 vs 5, but work fine when i'm playing 1vs1, or practice mode. It just crashes/freezes after about 30-45 secs of play during a regular 5vs5 game? When it crashes, while the screen is frozen, the commentators finish their comments, then the game is dead. I have to restart my computer.

any suggestions? i've updated my vid/audio/mobo/directx drivers and still not helping. Thanks in advance.
