I think who lives in canada/us easly can sue ea coz for everlasting
flashy transition screen and horrible,jarring yellow courts lightning as cause of risking/abusing user's eye health intentionally.

Add due to the flashing pop-up of the Live logo, it may cause epileptic seizures.

Yeah and I assume you have a report which states that jarring yellow courts and flashy transition screens cause eye cancer. Right?

EA is not forcing anybody to play anything. It's their product. If they want to implement a 70's disco party with flashing neon and a discoball, they can do so. Just don't play the game.

Isnt there already a patch that gets rid of the flashy transition screen? Personally the original doesnt affect me In the least, but if you dislike it that much then get the patch. Stop spamming with the "Sue EA" crap. Its really getting old.
