Correcting some of the skintones! help needed

[NBA Live 2006]

I noticed that a lot of players have a different skintone and need adjustment. In live 06 i was able to do it ymself, but I dont know how to work around the alpha thingie. If anyone could please convert this Joe Johnson face and arm leg files into fsh with alpha id greatly appreciate that! thank you
