I think both games sucked this year (Current Gen)

I won't blame the same old game engine. It's the same old borrring..., but I know it takes a lot of time and effort to develop new engine. And they must spent most of their time working on the Next Gen.
I brought live and 2k series every year since the Dreamcast era. My first Live game was when I started playing FFVII on PSX. Live has always been a more exciting game compare to 2k. 2k was too predictable. And too easy even on Hall of Fame mode. Thx to the Live "rigged" engine. Computer can always catch up. And the games are always pretty close. Also the dunks, I like the dunks and alley ops alot more than the 2k one.
This year Live 07 sucked. They invented 3 buttons for dunk, layup and shoot. Give me a break. And too many damn bugs. The fatigue and sub makes the game unplayable. The game is still alot like 06, I might as well stick back to 06 then. I only played about 6 hours b4 I gladly dump that garbage back to my recycle bin. I don't think I'll ever regret that.
+Rigged game as always, it makes the game "challanging" but sometimes piss the fuck outa you. I like it though. lol, almost every game I play the CPU, they will/can hit the buzzer beat "3s" in 4th quarter. LOL
+The dunks look better than 2k
-Stupid bugs
I don't like 2k7 at all. The gameplays are crappy. 2k6 was a lot smoother than 2k7. It's harder to dribble this year for some odd reason, and the dribbling animation is SLOW SLOW, makes it pointless to dribble. The passing is also SLOW. There are also bugs, the CPU dribble out of bound quite often, and what the hack is wrong with the analog stick, it's not functioning properly at all, I can't recall how many times I had a guy with 90+ dunk stat, drive to the lane, making LAYUPS. This game just kinda bore me because I play too much 2k6. I can beat the CPU so badly on Hall of Fame is not even kidding.

-Against the CPU on Hall of Fame. All you have to do is fake once and shoot, if you have good release point, you can almost never miss.
+Minor defensive improvement this year. They finally fix the pick and roll (kinda...), it had been invincible many years when playing against CPU.
