Coverting 06 CF's to 07 without shiny heads

How can i convert 06 cf's to 07..i use fshX and when i open 07 .fsh file there is a blue shine in the CF then i extract it to BMP and it looks normal..06 CF's doesn't have that blue shine..am i using the right program?
