problem using fss and backing down

Don't know if it is designed like that but what a f***, last year if i pressd fss butom + 4 of shoot etc. a 3 point shooter would shoot 4 different shots now it is just one and no matter if i move that trigger left or right, sometimes a player does not even shoot so i press fss + shoot to make a shot which is more convenient but at the same time i can't choose the shot type
another issue is backing down, it used to be just moving down right trigger now it does not work, so how do i back down?

Anybody facing same stuff?

Are you aware that you no longer perform FSS moves by pushing the face buttons?
