Poor Customer Support - EA Project Manager

Postby conlintolv04 on Sat Sep 30, 2006 1:12 am

I am an Applications Development Project Manager myself. And, I must say, this is a poor demonstration of showing a lack of concern for your product, customers, and a direct reflection on simply poor management, period.

Why can't you at least respond to customer concerns on this forum?

My team builds web/SQL/. Net applications and I know for a fact you can fix the substitution problem in the PC Live version in just a few days. Why are you not giving us the darn patch?

I blame the entire NBA Live team for being lazy and inconsiderate, but the problem mostly lies with management.

Im in the same boat mate. I know for a fact that the developers can make a patch that addresses most of these bugs overnight.

the problem lies totally with management. Employees can't do something the managers dont approve.

You're sooooo right! I bet management totally wants a game full of bugs . I blame everyone.

I will, if you don't sign the petition for a patch.

I will!!! Hundred times if you want

Nway, I'll stick with '06. I'll just get a roster updated here. :D

I'll buy GTA VCS for PSP instead.
