NBA Live 07 = Need a DVD Drive???

I hope so, but i just saw the system requirements and it said:

8x CD/DVD Drive

Does that mean CD-DVD Drive or either a CD Drive or a DVD Drive

Its NZ dollars. It converts to 32 bucks USD. It sucks because my family has no money right now and il have to wait at least 3 or 4 months to get it coz its so fuckin hard to find a job here to make money of my own

EDIT: Does anybody know how much DVD drive speed effects the play of game?

Sorry to hear that man that really sucks. but to answer your question None. It will only take longer to install it. Then if you do a full install it wont have to read the disc everytime you load a game. So it should be none.

That sounds like it can be either a CD drive or a DVD drive. Whoo! I just found out that my computer has a DVD drive.

Guys its no big deal. I have a 1ghz p3 that I built 5 years ago. It has a DVD drive. you can pick up a cheap DVD drive for $15.99.

If you don't want to do that, theres always EA Downloader.

LMAO, everyone was complaining about how EA Sports should put their games as a dvd rom, now people are complaining that they shouldn't have put it as Dvd rom. Seriously fucken hell.

Who complained for it? All it means is fucking quicker installation times, something that you will only do once. this sucks, i have to buy 07 ($75) and a new DVD Drive ($50)... i have no job, i have 20 bucks and no one else has money, apart from the fact that my mum was gonna pitch in for Live if i payed her back. dam it

Yeah you're screwed a bit financially... do you have any friends that have a DVD rom and external hard drive? you could always do that... and put a magic spell on the game so you dont have to put the DVD.

yes, the pc version is only available in the DVD copy here in the Philippines.
