Guys...

I see ONLY: Xbox360 Videos, Xbox360 Screenshots, Xbox360 ESPN integration.... Next Gen...bla bla bla, Next Gen bla bla bla....

HEY EA!!!! PC, Xbox, ps2 have NBA Live 07 Right??? :?

Cmon, less than 40% of people have Xbox360 or Next Gen consoles.

Up until now much of the content has been centred around the Current Gen version. I've covered the Current Gen version a fair bit in my recap of the Community Day as well as some of the screenshots from the event that I've just posted over on the main site.

I thought this was going to be about them having Graphics #1 priority, and gameplay around 4 or 5 on the list.

In the latest update? No, the latest batch is mostly Next Gen. But a lot of the screens and videos so far have been Current Gen. Also, there's nowhere near the amount of ESPN Integration in the Current Gen version so a video on that would be pointless.

Well I don't see any Kobe in the pictures, or them mentioning Kobe's name when it comes to highflyer, scorer, FSS crap. TOUGH LUCK buddy!

No, but I do understand what your saying. I have a 360 so I can't complain about your situation.

I don't see gameplay videos fullstop. There has been next to no NBA Live videos. And from what I've seen, most coverage is for current gen.

I believe what EA is probably doing is putting information out for consoles one by one. Xbox PS2 and PC was first they got plenty of screenshots and 6 or 8 videoes. Now they are releasing a few Next Gen information. I have a 360 also.............so be patient with what they release, they can't please everyone.

They are also using a very smart marketing strategy by NOT releasing a lot of information and letting the community members/leaders do all the hard-selling. ;)

Case-in-point: If EA released a great big list of things that were awesome about this years version would we all fall to our knees praising them?

NO.

By letting respected members of various fansites go, try and report back on the new aspects (and as Andrew quite rightfully did - remaining bugs), they gave themselves a credability within the community at large.

At this stage of Lives life-cycle I honestly believe they need OUR help selling their games to us...ironic, but when you mull over their stategy enough, smart.

;)

P.S. Nice review Andrew.
