Instead of All Decade Teams

I think they should put indivual ALL TIME teams like they do for Madden like for example the '85 bears or the 89' 49'rs. Now if they cannot do that, maybe they can do an ALL TIME team for the specific franchises like ALL TIME lakers, bulls, detroit, portland...things like that. For years now, people have always had the discussion of what team is better, the six time champion bulls, the larry bird celtics, the detroit bad boys or the showtime lakers era. I think that with those changes applied to the game they could conclude the arguments and make a killing at the cash registers.

There are several problems with that.... first off, it wouldn't conclude any arguments about which teams were better... because this is a video game.

Secondly... many legends don't allow themselves to be in the game (or can't due to contractual obligations)- Michael Jordan being the most notable.

Not sure it would make them 'make a killing at the cash registers' either, though it would be a nice feature. Usually someone mods up the game to include such teams anyway though- in case you haven't seen the patches.

It's a nice idea but seeing as they're unable to include all the players they need to make All Decade teams due to licensing issues they surely wouldn't be able to include significant teams or all-time rosters for each club since there'd be even more players whose image rights they would need to secure.

What I don't understand is how are they goin' to even put Jordan's shoes on tha game and not have him on tha game....That's bullshit....

Yea that's right, but that sucks to just have his shoes and not have him there too....Well all I do is create him on tha game, looks sort of just like him too....Peace....
