how to see all players ratings

I cannot find a list of every players rating at every attribute that is updated. I am trying to manually update my live 07. I just want to se each players rating so i can put them in my game and be up to date.

As I said, you can do this by opening players.dbf with DB Commander. Please keep any follow up questions in your original topic as it all relates to the same subject and it just gets confusing if you keep creating new threads for each new question.
