First of all, you are off topic. This is not the thread to ask that question.
Anyways, download FSHx in in the download database at the main site if you don't have it. The same goes for EAGraph or bigGUI if you end up needing them.
Find the tattoo files that belong to the new players that you downloaded.
Open them one by one with FSHx, applying "double resolution" from the menu so that each tattoo is 512x512 resolution.
Save each tattoo.
Problem solved.
Obviously, each tat file for the new players should be in the sgsm directory with "arm_tat.fsh" as the last part of the filename, indicating it is an arm tattoo.
If it is not in the sgsm directory, maybe it is in the sgsm\players directory in the plyrtat.viv file.
You would have to extract those viv files with either EAGraph, Dolphin, or bigGUI to the sgsm directoy, and then use FSHx to double their resolution.
