is this new version of roster patch for live 07 going to feature all new jerseys for 08/09 season as well as new courts, the same like patch for live 08?

It will, it's a complete conversion of the 08 update.

ummmm i tried this version 1.22.
Installed it into the saves directory. Game starts and loads rosters.
Started dynasty, through the staff hiring and training.
Start the first game, all fine until somewhere in the third quarter the game quits to windows desktop with no error message?????

Any idea why

Sorry, I'm no longer supporting v1.22 as we're up to v2.9 now.
