How can i use the roster patch to my current dynasty mode??

i've downloaded Live 07 latest roster update 2.9 and i want to use it in my current dynasty mode...
how can i do that by not having to start a new dynasty ??
btw im not familiar using DB commander..........

Short answer, you can't. Not without messing up a lot of things and potentially rendering your Dynasty unplayable, at any rate. Unfortunately the only error-proof way is start over again with the new rosters.
