Is there a way to edit the rookies that are generated by the game in Dynasty mode, for example, creating a player that will be in the draft when you start a Dynasty That would be crazy

Yes, you can edit the generated rookies after a Dynasty game has begun. There's a tutorial in the NBA Live 2005 Tutorials section of the Forum with more information on that, the procedure remains basically unchanged for NBA Live 07.
