Dbf editing assistants

Now, i'm new to Db Commander and have recently installed it. I got the hang of it now and am trying to edit the grades of the assistants. Now each staff member as i have seen is represented by numbers.

I'm new to editing, how can you tell what the speacialties are? Which staff members are the assistants?
